	Since 1987, we have been providing our clients with expert tax and financial advice. We recently acquired an established practice,located in downtown Newark,that has been providing tax and accounting services for over 30 years. We service clients in the tri-state area and are committed to a high level of customer service.

	Russell P. Guagenti, CPA BS Accounting, Fairleigh Dickenson University Certified Public Acountant, New Jersey Russell has been a practicing accountant and business and tax advisor since 1985. Russell is experienced in all phases of personal and business tax preparation and planning. Russell has formerly worked for various companies in the private sector in various industries and is thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of corporate and managerial accounting. In addition Russell has extensive experience in business start-ups, business plans, budget preparation and monitoring for small business. Russell’s varied and extensive experience allows him to utilize various methods in order to maximize profitability and tax benefits for our clients. Russell is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants	Enza Guagenti, CPA BS Accounting, Bloomfield College Certified Public Acountant, New Jersey Enza has been a practicing accountant and business and tax advisor since 1985. Enza is experienced in all phases of individual and corporate tax planning and preparation with a particular focus on the medical industry. Enza started her career with Sax Macy Fromme CPA’s which is ranked among the top 15 leading accounting and management consulting firms in New Jersey. Enza’s experience includes working very closely with clients and performing services ranging from financial statement preparation, business consulting and tax planning and preparation. Her experience also includes managing several medical facilities including the start up and management of a ful service outpatient surgery center. Enza is a former Secretary/Treasurer of the New Jersey Society of Outpatient Surgery Centers. Enza is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
